The Clerk-Treasurer is the fiscal officer of the city. The city Clerk-Treasurer is an elected position and serves a four-year term of office. The next city election will be held in November of 2011.

The Clerk-Treasurer's office has five (5) full-time employees (including the Clerk-Treasurer) and two (2) part time employees.
